I am a recent graduate from the University of Manchester, achieving a First in BSc Economics (Hons), I currently work as a Client Services Executive for PHMG and am endeavouring for new graduate opportunities within consultancy and client-facing roles. 

PHMG Client Services Executive – North America                                                     Feb 2023 – Current 

• Gathered client account information from field sales managers and inputted it accurately on the internal CRM database and completed as many as over 160 deals in a month.
• Assigned accounts to the client activation team, ensuring a smooth handover and timely activation of new clients.
• Scheduled client discovery calls on behalf of our Account Managers, coordinating with both the client and the Account Manager to find a suitable time.
• Assisted the team with transcribes, confirmation of appointments, and additional CRM tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client information in our system and streamlined the client account information gathering process, reducing errors, and improving the accuracy of our client data.
• Achieved Client Services Executive of the Week on numerous occasions, in recognition of my strong performance in managing client accounts and supporting the sales and account management teams.
• Developed strong relationships with sales, credit control, engineering, and account management teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of client information and needs.

Uniqlo Customer Advisor                                                                                                 Sept 2022 – Nov 2022 

• Demonstrated skills as an excellent communicator, with over ten instances of positive feedback naming myself within customer online surveys and in store feedback.
• Lead management of stock on the shop floor, ensuring to check sales targets and match stock levels to projected demand, this aided the store to exceed sales targets. 
• Worked efficiently in a team, advised and assisted customers, resolved customer complaints and handled unexpected situations professionally.  
• Named top performer of the day by managers on two instances. Excelled in supporting the store in meeting its sales targets by upselling and promoting online services.

Justice4Southall Campaigner                                                                                       July 2020 – Jan 2022

• Enacted as a lead campaigner for a community group in my local area, geared around increasing education and involvement around important political processes. 
• Spearheaded local door to door canvassing, engaging, and educating hundreds of people on the planning proposal process. Campaigning resulted in a boost of comments on a public consultation for a planning proposal in my local area, with an increase from 55 to over 400 within one week. Which was the most engagement a proposal saw that year. 
• Liaised with local activist groups in relation to overdevelopment and supported in meetings with councillors and the Mayor of London’s office over a period of two weeks. 
• Led the creation of letters in opposition to local overdevelopment and health risks and in mid-August 2020 influenced the digital launch of a petition that got over 700 signatures within a week. 
• Co-operated with the campaigning team in a research capacity, researched and compiled supporting documents, evidence, and created concise summaries of findings 
• Curated and helped spearhead a research project towards creating factual databases on local demographics in relation to housing issues. Findings were instrumental towards success for engagement with stakeholders including the council and other local groups.

• Tutored Maths and English to students from years 3 – 11 
• Curated and conducted assessments and identified weaknesses  
• Boosted grades of 95% of students above predicted grades. 

Chameleon Accountancy Internship                                                                         July 2017 - August 2017     

• Garnered knowledge on the inner workings of accountancy firms, learning the fundamentals behind Client Billing, Forecasting, Accounting and Budgeting. 
• Monitored Chameleon’s activity within the currency markets, translating findings towards compiling reports that assessed the impact of exchange rates upon Chameleon’s P&L, co-operating with the CFO in order to gather and compare historical data. 
• Calculated the amount of VAT Chameleon was subject to paying via the use of Paprika software which contained information of Chameleon’s financial allocation. 
• Exercised my communication skills in making client calls and assisted in administrative tasks, such as file management, and monitoring client updates.
