Angela Phipps

I am a polite, organised and dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail. I can adhere to meeting targets and deadlines and I like working as a member of a team however I can lead a team if required to do so.

I have previous experience of working in fast paced retail environments and I work well when under pressure. I enjoy using my excellent communication and customer service skills to help customers, and to give them a 100% customer service experience. I am computer literate in Microsoft, Word, Works, Excel and Office and I hold a full clean driving licence.

I am a friendly, hardworking, reliable and self motivated individual who enjoys a challenge.

I am always punctual and can adhere to meeting important targets and deadlines and I

remain calm under pressure while working off my own initiative.

My previous experience includes working in retail, customer service, west end/touring

theatre and I have also worked in an office and call centre environment.

I’m an experienced communicator with an excellent telephone manner and listening skills

and enjoy working as part of a team but I am also confident to lead a team if required.
