I have always worked in consumer companies. FCGC. A similar place was a meat company weighing and bagging meat. Essential hygiene practices kept at all times within the work area and throughout the processing areas.  Clean and pressure clean at the end of a shift. 

Almost 40 years of working as part of a team and at times working independently. Working to targets set by management. Keeping calm and working effectively under pressure and to get the work done.  Reducing mechanical stoppages whilst working on automation. Manual work safe lifting practice to avoid injury in the workplace. I worked for Unilever from leaving school for 17.5 years. Varied catering and cleaning jobs in schools, and restaurants at the same time being a mother to 2 daughters. 8 years of service for Royal Mail. Sorting mail to correct locations. Letters and parcels.
