I am excited to embark on a new journey from dental nursing to a lettings negotiator career. After six fulfilling years in patient care, I am ready to channel my passion for communication and attention to detail into a role that allows me to excel in property management and negotiations. I believe transitioning from dental nursing to lettings negotiation can bring me new challenges and opportunities. This will give me a chance to explore a different industry, and further develop my communication and negotiation skills in a new setting. 

My tenure as a dental nurse spanning six years has been pivotal in cultivating essential attributes such as adept communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong inclination towards collaborative teamwork. These competencies are poised to seamlessly transition into the domain of lettings negotiation, where effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and cohesive teamwork are paramount. The patient-centric nature of my role has not only refined my ability to communicate proficiently but has also instilled in me a dedication to precision in tasks and a knack for thriving within a team environment. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of harnessing these skills within the real estate sector and am eager to witness how they can positively influence my performance in the dynamic field of lettings negotiation.

I have obtained the structural grades which are a B in GCSE English and a C in GCSE Maths. Moreover, I have dedicated myself to self-education to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of estate agency and lettings operations. This pursuit reflects my proactive approach towards enhancing my expertise in the real estate sector.
