Anisha Ali

My names Anisha, I’m 18 with gcse qualifications, and also a btec qualification in health and social care. Overtime I have worked in many different places such as: desert shops, hotel housekeeper, convenience stores and also a waitress. Due to the many variety of jobs that I have had it has allowed for me to become a very confident outgoing person, it has also allowed for me to deal with many variety’s of customers which has allowed for me to develop my customer service skills, and communication with customers. I worked in housekeeping for a period of time round about a year and a half, this allowed me to develop many different skills and also allowed for me to engage with many different people and problems, working in a team allowed for me to solve these and give the best possible service for the customers. 

I would say I’m a very hardworking and reliable person, and I am always looking for a challenge as it allows for me to develop my skills further. I love working amongst other people as I am a great team worker and would count on others to also help get thing’s done to the best possible standard making sure customers are happy along with everyone else. Im able to work well in a team because I can communicate with others well, making sure everyone knows their part and is able to get the job done. 

I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service. I believe that the customer experience is paramount, and I take pride in going the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I am  also passionate about teamwork because I believe that combining diverse skills and perspectives leads to more innovative solutions and successful outcomes. It's incredibly rewarding to achieve goals together and celebrate collective success.

I am a retail assistant with just over 2 years of experience with delivering exceptional customers service, I worked in many different places of work allowing for me to develop a wide range of skills which allows for me to be ready for anything now as I have many different skills that I would be able to use in and around the workplace. Throughout my career i have shown strong commitment and dedication to delivering the best customer service that I possibly could. 

In my most recent role at a local convenience store i managed daily operation including deliveries, managing customers and helping out staff with what needed to be done. I managed to do this as I was able to work as part of a team with effective communication which meant that everything got done which allowed for us to stay on top of everything, so that nothing got left. 

I attended Kings Edward’s Sheldon heath academy. I have all my gcse’s including maths, English, I also have a btec degree in health and social care.
