About Uche Obed Mbah:
My names are Uche Obed Mbah, am presently studying Healthcare Management and Leadership.I have the most important quality of being an excellent care assistant such as communication. Communication is the underlying quality of so many other skills. It allows me to build rapport with a client, gather important information about them, and learn their preferences. My experience includes helping patients with their personal needs such as using the bathroom, bathing, getting dressed and eating. I also have experience changing beds, cleaning up patients and helping to keep the facility clean and sanitize it. I have a pleasant and friendly personality with the ability to help patients feel comfortable and confident that they are receiving the very best care possible, regardless of their condition. I am flexible enough to work in different departments of your facility and to work any shift needed. My plans are to continue my education in the medical field and acquire a nursing degree. I love helping others and I believe there is no better way to do this than by working in the health care profession.
What I may lack in educational qualification I make up in experience, passion and drive to make a difference in the society. I believe that if given the opportunity to work with your organization it will fulfil my desire to contribute to sustainable development, a cause that inspires my drive and passion and a job that will reflect my personality. I believe that with my experience and personality I will be an added advantage to the organization.
