Anna John

Hello, my name is Anna. I am a nineteen year old gap year student. I have developed my communications skills over the years through working at a school as an art technician. It also aided me to improve my organising skills as it was important that art supplies were sufficiently topped up for the students and teachers. In my free time I indulge myself in drawing and scratch art it is a very calming activity. I have also learnt classical dance for 11 years which required me to perform in front of a dull audience many times, this has really improved my confidence and helped improve my team building skills. 

I have worked at Blessed Hugh Farringdon school as an art technician from September 2022 till 2023 May. The work here has helped me practise my organisation skills as I had to communicate with the students to understand what equipment they needed, I was then required to make orders that fit their needs and the budget. 

I have completed my secondary education and achieved 7 grade 9s and 2 grade 8s including grades 9s in maths, English language and all separate sciences. 

I have also completed my A levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry (A*,A*,A predicted grades). 

I have also completed many examinations as part of my classical dance journey including a MERIT in GRADE 6 ISTD dance examination.
