I have a strong foundation and understanding of microbial analyses, biochemical research, food processing technologies, and genetic applications in food science. I am also skilled in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and experimental design, with hands-on experience in fermentation technology, food preservation, and quality assessment during my degree and Masters level studies. 
I have a deep appreciation for nutritious food and traditional cooking and am passionate about exploring slow food product development and healthier meal solutions that incorporate time-honored cooking techniques. My goal is to bridge the gap between modern food science and traditional culinary wisdom, creating innovative and wholesome food products that promote sustainable eating habits and overall well-being.
Driven by this curiosity to explore advancements in food science and aiming to contribute to research and development, food safety regulations, and innovative product formulation, I aspire to work in interdisciplinary teams and bring scientific insights into practical applications that benefit both the industry and consumers.
