As Head Receptionist at Gaucho, my strategic communication skills, and my ability to build strong relationships contributed to an increase in brand awareness and customer loyalty. Through this role I became familiar with all aspects of the event management process for small and big groups including PA events, special celebrations like Valentine’s Day and Christmas and corporate gatherings. I was part of the initial sales process, booking organisation, and implementation of the event, coordinating the team to offer events of high quality. In addition, I am one of these people who cannot see a mess around and will find ways to keep even the strangest things organised. This requires attention to detail and thus, I like to keep a short eye on things to make sure everything is done properly, and nothing is ignored. With a master’s degree in marketing and skills including time management and communications, I am confident possess the technical knowledge this role requires

I have acquired a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree from the University of Sheffield and a MSc Marketing and Business Analysis degree from the University of Edinburgh.
