As a Media and Engagement Assistant at Brunel University London from August 2023 to August 2024, I have excelled in project management, customer and audience handling, and reception duties. My ability to work efficiently under pressure, analyze situations, and act effectively was evident. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships, as well as conducting data analysis and strategy planning.

Prior to this role, I have worked at McDonald’s as a Team Member from February 2022 to February 2023, where I have efficiently handled pressure situations and learned about customer service principles.

During my tenure at Ask Italian from March 2023 to November 2023, I have diversified your skills by working as an assistant chef and host, further enhancing your hospitality expertise.

My professional journey began at Abir Enterprise from January 2019 to December 2021, where I have focused on data analysis, data entry, and client handling, laying the foundation for my analytical and interpersonal skills.

Overall, my experiences reflect a well-rounded skill set encompassing project management, customer service, hospitality, data analysis, and client handling, making you a versatile professional capable of thriving in various roles.

I am  pursuing a BSc (Hons) in International Business at Brunel University London from 2022 to 2025, with predicted achievements as follows:

1st Year (2:1): I have successfully completed courses such as Introduction to Management Enquiry, Managing Information with Technology, Introduction to Accounting & Financial Management, Interactive Learning Skills, and Communication, laying a solid foundation in business management and communication.

2nd Year (2:1): I have coursework included subjects like Organizational Behavior and Analysis, International Business Environment, and Principles and Practices of Marketing, further deepening your understanding of organizational dynamics, global business environments, and marketing principles.

Prior to university, I have completed your HSC at Dhaka Residential Model School and College from 2017 to 2019, achieving strong results in Business studies, including English, Accounting, Management, Marketing, and IT, indicating your early aptitude and interest in business-related subjects.
