As a retail team manager, I've spent the last five years doing what I love most: connecting with people. There's something special about helping customers find exactly what they're looking for – that moment when their face lights up?  When I'm not leading my team, you'll find me cheering from the stands with my season ticket in hand, living and breathing every football match. I'm also a self-confessed makeup enthusiast, always first in line to test the latest beauty launches and share my discoveries with fellow cosmetics lovers. My psychology degree has given me fascinating insights into human behavior, which I weave into both my professional life and personal passions.  I'm a born explorer. Whether I'm diving into the crystal-clear waters of my local pool, losing myself in the pages of a gripping novel, or plotting my next adventure abroad, I'm always chasing new experiences.

Tesco Mobile Team Manager. Signed off and appointed via Tesco’s Management option programme. Tasked to revitalise a struggling phoneshop with poor performance, low morale and resistant team. This challenge involved overcoming a culture of resistance to change, improving sales and the customer experience. This role allowed me to demonstrate ability to lead during challenging circumstances, drive sales and implement strategic business improvements.
