Archie Hill

I have worked in a range of policy and public affairs roles over the past six years; from a Westminster think tank directly helping to shape Government policy, to a senior consultancy role working to support clients as they sought to understand and influence the policy agenda, and, most recently, moving in-house to manage the policy and research output of a public consumer body in the water sector.

The common thread that runs through these different roles is an enthusiasm and strong capacity for political problem solving – approaching a wide variety of different, often complex policy areas, breaking down the key issues and communicating potential solutions to Government and other key stakeholders.
 

For the past two years, I have been policy and research manager for an arms-length body representing consumers in the water sector. 

Prior to that, I spent two years working across a range of sectors as an account manager in a public affairs consultancy start-up. This was in conjunction with work for a policy think tank, helping lead engagement on a number of key policy issues with Government. 

Graduated 2018 from the Courtauld Institute of Art (MA). 

Graduated 2017 with first class degree from Durham University (BA)
