Over the past year, I improved my skills as a bartender and progressed as a mixologist whilst working for a local and tourist hotspot dive bar. I took on increasing responsibility during my tenure here reaching assistant manager where I would be in charge of a team of bartenders and floor staff as well as creating a menu for the summer tourist season. I can confidently do anything required as a member of a bar team or in a management role.
