BT, Agile Technical Delivery Manager (11/21 - Present)
Working within the Wholesale Mobile Connect (WMC) platform as a TDM, leading a nationwide software migration program for
~10,000 network devices to comply with NCSC regulations.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading the E2E project delivery working with OSS, Security, Network Architects, T2R, L2C, Design, Dev and Test teams,
whilst also engaging with external vendors and customers.
• Defining project roadmap, highlighting key milestones, deliverables and goals. Understanding broader platform and
business objectives when making key decisions.
• Ensuring technical dependencies across domains are identified, resolved and tracked so delivery is not jeopardised,
reducing risk.
• Collaborating with design and development teams to define, track and monitor the status of automation stories required
for software upgrade.
• Financial management of technical delivery costs, budgeting and resource forecasting including negotiation of project
priority to internal stakeholders.
Key achievements:
• Completed feasibility and design for automated software upgrade solution.
• Tested new vendor software code within the network integration testing team.


BT, Product Owner (05/22 - Present)
Adopted the role of Product Owner within the Harmonized Ethernet L2C squad due to resource constraints was a challenge I took
upon myself to ensure my squad continues to deliver high value products and process enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
• Collaborating with P.M's within the tribe to deliver the highest value products and process improvements to L2C journey.
• Defining product vision and strategy based upon business drivers and evolving product backlog to align with everchanging
requirements.
• Developing clear user stories to reflect current demands and ensuring tangible value is delivered for each sprint.
• Presenting high level strategy at quarterly planning sessions to senior leadership, ensuring they have clear sight of what is
expected, ensuring transparency and enabling adaptation.
Key achievements:
• Delivered key automation developments, allowing operations team to work more efficiently when provisioning orders,
reducing lead times.
• Delivered L2C service stories for 100G Direct Peering, supporting £25M customer contract.
BT, Scrum Master (10/21 - 05/22)
Working within the Harmonised Ethernet Tribe as a Scrum Master, my role was to implement agile practices in the L2C squad, in an
area new to agile. This role required me to be highly adaptable and rapidly introduce change in working practices and culture.


Key responsibilities:
• Implementing Scrum Events such as sprint planning, retrospectives and daily scrums etc, while removing blockers and impediments.
• Playing an active role within the agile community by coaching team members internal and external to squad, encouraging change in culture from traditional waterfall delivery methodologies to agile.
• Assisting the Product Owner with effective backlog management.
• Using Jira to inspect squad metrics, such as efficiency, predictability, and analyse areas for improvement.
Key achievements:
• Implemented agile practices and culture by coaching and mentoring scrum team. Established and defined DoD with scrum team allowing stories to be broken down and delivered within a sprint.
• Coached squad solution designer to step in as scrum master allowing me to adopt P.O role as platform resources became constrained. This enabled the L2C squad to continue to deliver high value products.
