A highly motivated ECT 2, with experience that has enabled me to thrive under pressure and use my initiative to adapt lessons accordingly for pupils to progress. I have a great desire to motivate and inspire pupils to recognise the essential life-long skills they are gaining in through Physical Education and work closely with my colleagues to provide a positive teaching experience for our pupils
