Arun Korotania

In my spare time, I enjoy working on my fitness routine to develop myself physically and mentally. I have a vast knowledge of health and nutrition with strong passions for strength sports such as powerlifting and strongman. Entrepreneurship is a key part of my spare time, as I constantly think of new business ideas for the future related to the fitness industry such as clothing and gym gear. Other passions are sports such as football, making sure I play 5side on Sundays to ensure my fitness is kept in good condition. Along with this, I am always supporting and watching my team play whenever they are live.  During my free hours when I want to relax, I often play video games online to socialize with others and my friend group allowing friendly competitiveness and fun.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, SWISSPORT (contract)

• Achieving target KPIs- working in a team and booking 100 people weekly for interviews.
• Increasing company recruitment goal- 80% completed by May 2022, target goal in August.
• Screening candidates via Microsoft Teams and phone calls.
• BHX target- moved station from red to green zone, going above target by 80 heads.
• Supporting various airport stations across the UK- Birmingham International, Liverpool John Lennon, East Midlands, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Doncaster, Bristol.
• Communication with hiring managers over recruitment needs.
• Face to face interviewing- assessing candidate strengths and weaknesses, seeing if they are the right fit for the company.
