Another case a beneficiary had behaviors that challenged and the organization was looking for solutions to improve the beneficiaries behaviors that challenge. The beneficiaries organization believe that they had exhausted over their resources. So I came and assisted them by finding and trying various solutions to improve the beneficiaries behaviors that challenge and

finally I manage to research obtain and negotiate with healthcare professionals and the local authority that my beneficiary would need to have a care assessment carried out so that they could have a one to one support while in their care within independent living

Paccommodation and while accessing the community.

While working as a Healthcare Assistant at Hampton Care Home.
