An enthusiastic professional individual who is seeking a new challenging career after many years of being in the chef industry and care industr. I am a hardworking individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas and I am always eager to learn new skills and advance my career. I have completed the STCW training course with Seascope Liverpool and I am keen to build my knowledge and continue to learn and strive with a career at sea.

I am experienced, self-motivated, and a reliable cleaner with experience cleaning large villas in the South of France. These duties would include stripping, cleaning bedding and re making beds, deep cleans in kitchens, brushing, mopping and dusting each room and also cleaning hot tubs, saunas and gym areas. 

I have many years of experience as a chef. I have worked iv many different types of restaurant, pubs and cafes and past employers have had the confidence in me to take on head chef roles covering their shifts. I have experience working for occasions such as weddings and proms. I also run and managed a small family café buisness cooking breakfast, hime made burgers and homemade dishes with my own recipes such as stews, curries, chillis and many others and also roast dinners and three course Christmas meals.

I ran the family cafe on my own so i managed all the positions in the cafe myself i:

Greeted customers in a friendly manner, delivering a great service. Recorded food and beverage orders accurately, to increase service efficiency and reduce stock waste Cleared and cleaned tables to maintain a high hygiene standard to improve
customer's experience.
Prepared all dishes in the kitchen, maintaining high hygiene standards and quality of food.
Dealt with any customer complaints, providing solutions to problems to improve customer's experience
Replenished stock levels, to ensure customers can order any product off the menu.
