I am a great believer in that looking good, makes one feel good  and act good (well). Therefore, I see style as having a positive impact in one's performance. I am fully trained as an Image Consultant with many years of experience which have shown me that style is an effective vehicle for promoting self confidence and wellness at any stage of life. 

I give Workshops: sessions that cover the importance of image as a vehicle for communicating something about yourself. Discovering the different characteristics of colour, which ones suit them best and how to reach a harmony between the two. Learning about the difference between fashion and style, about different body shapes and how to make each type look amazing.The workshops are run to provide a holistic approach to learning, and offer a wide variety of life skills that aren’t easily attainable such as dress sense, colour combination, matching styles to different figures to achieve a flattering look. Getting to know one self inside as well as physically so as to make the most of oneself. The focus of all of the courses is on investment in their future as a modern woman. 

Style talks: exploring colours that are flattering and learning to apply the theory behind getting it right. Style tips. Style personalities and an update of the main trends of the season and which ones suit the different types.

Wardrobe weeding: helping to sort out clothes, coming up with new combinations, organisational tips and capsule wardrobes for trips, work, etc.
