Experienced Application support from a wide and varied background.  Results orientated and delivery-focused with leadership, good communication and 3rd party supplier relationship experience. Customer focused, enthusiastic, innovative and self-driven. 

Single point of contact for application issue. Taking ownership through to resolution. Quickly adapt new functionality for small projects, reporting and application testing. 

Education

Certified 1st Aid trained 2023 (updated).

(MiDAS) Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme 2025.

Electrician’s course: Certified C&G 4141-01 Practical Domestic Installer 2013.

Cert-Ed, University of Westminster (level 1) 1994 - 1995.

University of Sussex, Computer Science (Hons) 1990 - 1993.
