I have got lots of histopathology theory skills during the Module which I was doing at university. I have used microscope to differentiate normal and abnormal cells, tissues by examining tissues and cells under microscope.

Currently I work in this hospital with pathology samples its only processing in Data base. and I previously worked in histopathology lab, it was a busy environment specially as I was working alongside other Associate Scientist at Nuffield health Wessex hospital. 

I have used microtomy technique while I was studying Medical Science in Nederland. I my self-used this technique for cutting tissues in very small sections and once made the tissue then I embedded in paraffin wax and then cut using microtome machine to get thin sections. It very easy 

Above that I have other skills skill of blood sampling, testing, measuring, recording, analysing results, as well tissue culturing, HPLC, protein purification.  I have knowledge of following techniques such as estimation of DNA, RNA and proteins, Immobilization of enzymes, growth curve of microorganisms, culturing, and streaking, plating techniques and able to carry bacteriological biochemistry test I can work as analyst to the following departments Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology.

I have previously worked in Microbiology lab as analyst at a Company called Ecolab.

at my previous Job I have worked based on SOP's and standard procedure. 

as well as during the university I have done Histology and pathology Module where I have made and cut cell tissues for histology to make slides and to view cells under microscope. I have had pathology module where I learned more about organs and tissues to diagnosis illnesses.

I am fit and able to work long hours, I go gym and I enjoy working hard which makes me more active.

During my previous, I have been trained, how to work in Microbiology and chemistry laboratory, I have read many SOPS and I have worked practical in the laboratory.

Using Database, and same samples need to be centrifuged.

I am qualified for Band 4 with bachelor’s degree BSc from Oxford Brookes University. I only need to register for HCPC but due to my financial circumstance I cannot have money to top up my course with a module to allow me to do my Portfolio. I apply for this role because, this fits for my skills and studies.
