I am a friendly, empathic, and non-judgemental person centred  qualified integrative  CYP counsellor. I am a person-centred orientated person, and in my professional life I use integrative counselling skills to better answer the needs of my clients. My approach is tailored to the necessities of my clients, I use CBT exercises, psychodynamic skills, imaginative creative therapy exercises, Gestalt empty chair, schema therapy, and TA. All those according to the moment and the willingness of my clients to work with me, as my basic approach is PCA, I am not directive and is my client who led the session.

Working in a primary school in a ''deprived'' area , I am super conscious of the importance of the issues may arrise to maintain  Confidentiality and Safeguard the children , for this reason I have done many BACP CPD in safeguarding and specifically orientated to CYP clients. In my Practise  I use integrative counselling skills to better answer the needs of my clients. All those according to the moment and the willingness of my clients to work with me, my basic approach is PCA, I am not directive and is my client who led the session.
I have done my placement as trainee counsellor with victims of severe violence and crimes, adult, and children , working as volunteer counsellor for Place2be in a school in Nottingham and at Casy , counselling children and young adult victims of abuse rape and DA.
I  had a placement for 1 year at SARAC in Burton, counselling victims of abuse and rape, I am trauma informed and I have done CPD in trauma and DA. I worked as Crisis support worker in Derby for a SARC centre, with victims of rape and abuse .
I have done lots of hours of personal therapy and self-development to be able to be aware of my strengths and weakness , to better support and help my clients in their journey of healing .
