I am a dedicated and experienced sports professional with over 11 years of expertise in football coaching, youth development, and sports management. Currently, I serve as a Foundation Phase Coach at a professional football club, , and as a Sports Development Manager at a local sports provider, where I oversee a team of 25 coaches across 20 schools.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to design and deliver inclusive sports programmes aligned with PE curricula, train coaches to enhance their skills, and foster environments where young people thrive both on and off the field. My coaching journey has taken me from grassroots development to leading youth academies, including an international role in China where I introduced football to a country with little existing football culture.

I am a UEFA B and FA Youth Award qualified coach with a proven track record of developing talent across all age groups, from foundation age players to adults. My experience includes safeguarding and welfare expertise, working directly with SEN students, and driving new business initiatives.

As a Sports Development Manager, I oversee a team of 25 coaches delivering programmes in 20 schools, ensuring alignment with the PE curriculum and fostering inclusive sports opportunities. My role also involves training coaches, driving new business initiatives, and managing large-scale operations.

In football coaching, I’ve worked across all age groups, from foundation players to adults. I currently coach in an academy setting, focusing on developing young talent with a player centred approach. My international experience includes establishing a football programme from scratch in China, building participation and engagement in a non-traditional footballing culture.

Additionally, I’ve worked with SEN students in schools, tailoring sessions to their needs and creating environments that promote confidence and participation. My roles have also included safeguarding and welfare responsibilities, ensuring safe and supportive environments for all participants.

From grassroots to professional settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for developing players, coaches, and programmes to achieve their full potential.

I graduated with an Upper Second Class B(Sc) Hons degree in Sports Studies from the University of Hertfordshire, specialising in Coaching, Development, and Management. This achievement has equipped me with a strong theoretical and practical foundation for my career in sports coaching and management.
