• Liaising with suppliers for different construction sites to order materials at a competitive rate, negotiating terms with existing suppliers.
• Pricing materials/plant at the tendering stage, maintaining a database of key suppliers.
• Ordering and managing stock levels, raising purchase orders with suppliers.
• Liaising with Finance regards to invoices, setting up new suppliers and maintaining existing suppliers.
• Using SharePoint, maintaining various projects like Fleet, and vehicles, raising quotations for the commercial department.
• Exploring new suppliers to fill out tenders for new projects.   
• The smooth running of day-to-day operations, prioritising areas of responsibility and ensuring smooth allocations to respective Buyers.
• Training new staff, motivating them constantly for better results.
