I have just graduated university and looking for part-time or full-time work. I am a hard-working and dedicated individual with experience in customer service, reception duties, and retail. Although I have been in education for the last several years I have volunteering experience in different places as well as previous work experience in a veterinary practice. My skills include attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork skills. I can work any hours as I am completely flexible and ready to start work immediately.

Although I have been in education for the past several years I have volunteering experience as well as previous work experience in a veterinary practice. I worked in a b&b when I was 15 where I gained skills in cleaning quickly and efficiently as well as teamwork skills, and communicating appropriately with customers. I have also volunteered in a charity shop which included experience in retail, customer service, and working behind the till. I also worked in a veterinary practice where I answered phones, worked on reception and continued developing my skills in customer service. I also volunteered at Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary for 2 years where I cared for animals as well as working as part of a team and further developed my knowledge and skills.

I achieved 6 GCSE'S at grade 4 and above, a level 3 advanced technical extended diploma in animal management where I achieved a distinction and a foundation Degree in animal health and management. I was also a student representative and a student ambassador throughout college which gave me experience in leadership roles and how to motivate and inspire others.
