Project Manager

- Lead on the successful delivery of a business-to-stakeholder digital transformation project. Looking at data gathering the ‘as-is’ of the businesses current state, concluding the ‘to-be’ end product and mapping out the workstreams & milestones necessary for the digital deliverable.
- Successfully lead on and delivered a fit-for-purpose office reconstruction to cater to quickly growing team numbers within the office space whilst remaining under budget and achieving all aspects of quality.
- Incorporated efficiencies to group-wide digital access via the implementation of a digital documentation housing software, acting as the groups “digital library”. Established steering groups, creating synergies, improved communication and effective document management for all business sectors.
- Procured and incorporated the businesses ‘Professional Development Academy’ through the effective negotiation of pricing & fees to bring in a business programme to develop operative retrofit ‘green skills’ within construction.
- Managed & implemented refreshed, customer-facing, group wide rebranding via stakeholder management of subsidiary businesses managing directors to meet modern branding requirements within all areas of brand exposure (uniform, digital rebranding, fleet vehicles etc.)
- Ensured ongoing project and programme quality & performance improvement via continuous project audits, looking to review the project portfolio, the health of each project, financial & logistical state of the project etc.

- Constructed & implemented the companies’ project management office (PMO) and project governance board, as well as their respective launches and the tender creation for necessary PMO staff recruitment.
