• Working as part of the international procurement team.
• Monthly reporting duties on packaging cost variances and shipping costs amongst other reports.
• Postings to the general ledger and P&L, evaluating and clearing any mismatches.
• Experience using SAP to both input and retrieve information and data.
• Keeping track of vendor costs and FX rates.
• Ensuring internal charges are cross-charged to the correct departments.
• Preparing forecasts for FY 22/23 budget.

Dell EMC, London — Finance Analyst

• Created customer spend forecasting reports predominantly using Microsoft Excel as part of the wider EMEA ‘TLA’ team. 
• Assisted in building simpler and more client friendly forecasting templates in Excel.
• Transformed reports into easy-to-understand PowerPoint documents which I presented to sales teams, and that were also shown to end customers.
• Sourced and reviewed information from different stakeholders and departments in order to produce reports.
• Worked alongside legal department to ensure sales teams were offering products and services that fell within internal regulations and previously agreed contracts.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and using analytical software such as Tableau and Salesforce.
• Also undertook wider responsibilities such as training new members of the team and taking a lead role in new developments to the team, such as the introduction of Salesforce as a storing and deal-tracking system.
