  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Sales management; analysis, reporting using KPI’s and targets, monitoring, improving sales performance
  • Stock control and management; daily checks, reports and audits
  • Merchandising, planograms, PoS and displays
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders; Senior management, buying team, logistics and suppliers
  • Office administration tasks; creating rotas, updating reports, PoS, bulletins
  • Resolving inventory discrepancies and using stock control software (Mercatus)
  • Store open/close procedures including health and safety and security checks 
  • Induction, training and upskilling of new employees
  • HR/Personnel duties; Rotas, Holidays, disciplinaries, return to work, one-to-ones, accident forms
  • Cash office duties
