I’m a business student, in my second year looking for work.

As an Electronic Tagging Monitoring Officer at Serco, I was responsible for overseeing the compliance of individuals under electronic monitoring.

 My key duties included:

Data Monitoring: Tracking compliance with curfews and restrictions through advanced tagging technologies. 
Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on compliance statuses and breaches to support law enforcement and probation services. 

Communication: Collaborating with stakeholders to address issues and ensure effective monitoring.
 Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting technical issues related to tagging devices and implementing effective solutions.

This role demanded strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining legal compliance.

I am a third-year undergraduate student studying Business Management with Enterprise. My program focuses on strategic management and entrepreneurship, providing me with a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
