Very good people skills and  used to being in a gym environment as have been training in them since I was 13, I am looking for some part time work to gain more experience at a larger gym.  I am a determined CrossFit athlete who is constantly learning new skills which do not always come natural to me, setting myself goals\workouts to challenge myself.  I enjoy training under Mitchell Fit coaching and the challenge of competing in CrossFit. In June I completed and qualified as a CF-L1 trainer which has given me more knowledge and allows me to train others in the CrossFit training methodology.

Worked here since December. Worked in group sessions and got good relationships with members, took calls, signed up members and showed them round the gym. Also performed cleaning duties, locked up and opened the gym.

Biddulph fitness hub, Biddulph — fitness instructor

November 2021 - November 2022

Was involved in signing members up, writing programs, group sessions, cleaning the gym and promoting the gym. This was mostly voluntary work, also helped implement new challenges e.g., work out of the week, creating posters, writing personal training plans for clients I have built up and attended events to promote the gym.
