Brody Leach

I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable person with 18 months experience with IT.

When I was at college, I undertook several different classes throughout my timetable that revolved around BTEC ICT Extended Diploma, as per those attached on the CV. These ICT classes have given me skills that are used today in the new generation which are listed; 

• Knowledge on cloud management and collaboration tools
• How to use Media to support a business  
• Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner 
• Knowledge of the stages of project management 
• Starting and running a database

 I’m also a contract worker, for the agency Absolute Personnel. As they have given me more opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in different environments, as shown on the work papers. 

Near the start of this year on March 11th I started my apprenticeship with the NHS for the estates and facility management area. I have recently left that apprenticeship because I and the managers as well as Telford college group thought that I didn’t suit the role. As I wasn’t able to speak to others and the work as well as the management was long distance since we didn’t have a lot of people in the team and my managers were based in different parts of the UK.

For my Work experience I have worked at multiple establishments such as The Beacon Hotel, Burger King, Fever and Boutique and finally The Oxon Pub which has given me a range of different skills such as:

As extra work I have and am still working for the agency called Absolute Personal, my work areas were Preston Montford, Maxpack, Presfeld School, The ButterMarket, Shrewsbury Town Football Club, Condover, The Arrow House and the Radbrook House. Whilst being in the company I have gained different variety of skills in different areas that I feel would help me in a future job/company.
