I have been an application specialist in haemostasis for nearly 8 years. I have been trained by Diagnostica Stago at the head office in Paris, as well as at the Dubai branch, and have used all the training provided in the field while working for KAT Laboratory and Medical, the distributor for Diagnostica Stago in Southern Africa. Over the last 8 years I have been the sole application specialist dealing with all installations and training but have worked closely with the service department and product managers across multiple product lines. I have experience working with private laboratories, the National Health Laboratory Service, as well as international customers.
I have given training in person, virtually, and over WhatsApp. I have also created videos for training purposes. I have assisted the extensive customer base that KAT Laboratory and Medical have, not only in South Africa, as well as Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Nigeria with all troubleshooting and training, installations, and test setups. Due to the large area and widespread customers, I am adaptive to constant changes and tackle all problems or obstacles with an open mind to find the best solutions, that keep with the values and expectations of the customers, patients, and company.
I am a loyal, dedicated, and passionate person who has a love for problem solving and helping people reach their full potential. I have dealt with a wide range of cultures through my experience at KAT Laboratory and Medical, this has taught me how to manage people to allow for effective and open communication with all parties allowing for receptive training and adaptive trusted troubleshooting. I have extensive experience in customer service, customer support and hospitality.
