Sonia Khanna

I'm a marketing and client engagement professional with a background spanning commercial and government accounts, including work for brands like Costa Coffee and institutions such as the NHS and DfE. Alongside my experience in CRM, campaign strategy and audience engagement, creativity is central to everything I do. 

I am incredibly passionate about music, poetry, and storytelling, which fuels my approach to building authentic, memorable experiences for audiences.

I have a diverse background in advertising, client engagement and creative strategy, with a focus on delivering innovative, audience-driven campaigns. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working on high-profile commercial and government accounts, including Costa Coffee, NHS, and the Department for Education. In these roles, I managed everything from CRM strategies to TV campaigns, always aiming to deliver impactful results. I’ve also worked closely with clients to make their experience special, from creative development to post campaign launch. 

I completed an apprenticeship at M&C Saatchi, where I gained hands-on experience in media and advertising. I graduated with distinction in May 2024.
