Caitlin johnson

My name is Caitlin Johnson and i am 16 years old

I am an enthusiastic, hardworking person. I aim to always work to the best of my abilities. I can work well on my own or as a part of a team. I consider myself to be very reliable, flexible, trustworthy and punctual. I am also very resilient when barriers are put in my way, I work my hardest to overcome them. I can have a good time and lighten the mood but still be respectful and get on with the work set for me. 

I just finished secondary school and now I am in my first year in college. While in year 10 I did a volunteer week at Eldene Primary school, I helped in the reception class I learnt a variety of skills such as patience, responsibility and behavior management. The class consisted of about 40 kids and 4-5 adults. Also, though year 10-11 I joined the police cadets, throughout my experience there I had a lot of time to work on my people skills and communications with local people when we picked up litter and delivered flyers to the community. We patrolled the Highworth fire work show to keep people a safe distance away from the fireworks and look out for any unusual activity. From police cadets we also learnt lots of key skills with working as a police officer such as teamwork. (I am taking public service in college to further my education)
