I’m looking to branch out from my current role into a new industry using my skills that I have built up whilst working with my current company. I have been with my company for 8 years and have progressed from being a part time cover staff to the third in charge at one of the biggest settings within the branch. I am actively seeking administrative roles to utilise my current skill set as well as building upon my knowledge. With my current role I have learnt how to input data accurately and effectively, managing a lot of different files and ensuring they are kept up to date as well as maintaining them in accordance to GDPR and confidentiality requirement. I have also learnt polite yet efficient phone and email etiquette as well as face to face interactions with both new and existing clients on a daily basis. 

I currently work as a dedicated third in charge lead practitioner who has been loyal with the company for 8 years, progressing from a cover staff position to a full time room leader role to my current role as the third in charge and key holder. I ensure safeguarding, risk assessments and health and safety standards are met on a daily basis whilst also maintaining a strong relationship with clients both new and existing. On a daily basis the setting is a fast paced environment which allows me to focus on high priority tasks whilst maintaining a safe environment for children and staff. 

I completed my Level 3 in childhood and development at Barking and Dagenham college in 2019. I also passed all my GCSE’s including Mathematics and English with high grades.
