With over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, I have honed my abilities in operational and HR functions, leading to significant improvements in efficiency and productivity. My expertise lies in managing teams, optimising and streamlining business processes, building meaningful relationships and fostering positive workplace cultures in fast-paced environments. 

I am proficient in using a wide range of software applications, and I am quick to learn new programs and adapt to different technological environments. As a people champion, I have a great ability to connect with others and understand what motivates people. My innovative and positive approach has been instrumental in managing complex tasks and projects.
