As an adept Office Manager (Business Administrator/PA), and previous experience in Administrative Management positions, which also included business development, operations, HR, good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and accounting. I have a well-rounded background in accounts payable, billing, e-commerce and refined talents in administration, reconciliations, research, MS office and administration processes. I am a proven expert in communication and a consistent collaborator. I take the initiative when it will benefit the company as I did at Evo automotive. Based on the business needs and the future requirements by our customers that may come into effect, I created and developed the GDPR policy, Business continuity policy, Code of Conduct, Diversity & Equality policy and recently updated our Health and Safety policy - researching all HSE regulations to ensure our H&S policy included all new regulations and requirements including DSE and COVID-19 provisions and risk assessments. I have also taken interest in the management of our ISO 9001 QMS, and I have started doing the internal audits for our QMS

I was head hunted by GT Salvage to develop and start up the Call Centre. With the assistance of a IT engineer, I designed and implemented the in-house programme to accommodate all the needs of the company, including the Customers and staff. Arrange IT/phone infrastructure and operations and maintain all IT equipment including servers and phone system.

My computer proficiency allows me to easily take on any tasks I am assigned. I am a quick study and do welcome challenges to improve my skills to the betterment of the company. I take pride in my work and I am a very organised professional with polished time management skills and ensure my assignments are completed on time and with accuracy.

I am polite, positive, empathetic and disciplined. I am loyal to a fault and will always help where I can.
