I have skills and empirical experience in Lean management techniques as well as having successfully completed multiple other certifications in the area of Hospitality, which is a passion of mine. I have gained valuable experience in the hospital industry, experiencing 5-star guest service on cruise ships, as well as in other departments such as reception, and my ability has demonstrated that I adhere to the high standards required in each house with quality and professionalism. I have also contributed to the promotion and upselling of the hotel services and facilities, using my communication and work skills. I have the twelfth year of school by equivalence at the Instituto Superior de Gestão e Administração. In hospitality I successfully completed the most relevant course in English for tourism and business and administration.
