I am currently working in the NHS as a public support administrator. I have been working here for just over two years. I take public enquiries for the district nursing service advising patients on what services we offer, managing appointments and supporting the nurses on a day to day basis. I also complete GP and hospital referrals and pass over the to correct nurse bases throughout Glasgow.
Experience
I have been working within the NHS for the past seven years. Working as a receptionist, administrator and even a phlebotomist. I feel I enjoy the administrator role more and work well within a team.
