I am 56 I’m single, I have a 2 grown up children and a grandson, lots of friends Some for over 38 yrs we holiday together. I’m loyal, honest jave a sense of humour, and I sing ! Ish. my career spans from retail over 38 years and in that 9 years with the CSA so very used to handling different walks of life and claiming situations. every person we ( as in authority as such ) has a duty to guidance and help, I love nothing more than helping people. Job satisfaction, I’m a good listener special skill. Meticulous with my admin. 

started in retail 1986 as a Saturday girl for Etam clothing , where I worked my way into the management team, training and merchandising etc. then around 2001 I went to work at new Look in the management team up to same skills very customer facing with complaints to , i then ( around 2005 ) changed career and worked for the CSA where it’s office based and customer focussed in an in-depth way, even with suicidal aspects so building skills is essential after 9 years I moved down south ( 2014 ) went to work on retail again for merchandising in the Arcadia group them onto beauty Clinique where I was able to talk with customers reg there needs almost like a councillor, then onto my current job back home to Wigan and I now hold my position with Espa  

I went to Hayward school on the 70s came away with GCSEs in maths , English , science art
