I am a freelance, degree level, Product Designer with around 2 years' experience delivering end-to-end services in the product lifecycle. 

Experience

For around two years, I've used my creative and analytical skills to enhance user experiences, boosting trust, sales, and usability in projects spanning e-commerce, AI, and ideation workshops. I'm particularly proud of a site-wide redesign that, through data-driven UX/UI improvements, drove a 98% increase in site traffic and a 12% rise in sales in the first 3 months.

I'm adaptable, energised in cross-functional teams, and use the clear communication I've honed at my Toastmasters Public Speaking Club to contribute to impactful, innovative solutions.
