Cassandra Jepson

I am a hard-working professional and, over the last 7 years have been building experience across financial roles. From starting in accounts receivable in 2018, I have worked in and completed projects in Accounts Payable, Management Accounts, Commercial analytics, and have most recently worked as a self-employed bookkeeper. 

If asked to describe myself, I would say I am an ambitious, self-motivated individual with a reputation for producing high quality work. With my background including a degree in Mathematics, I am highly numerate and comfortable working with large data sets.

I enjoy facing new challenges and am often recognised as someone who has a positive and energetic attitude. My confidence as a clear communicator has been praised by my line mangers on multiple occasions and I work well with both internal and external stakeholders. 

I regard my greatest strength as my ability to prioritise well and break problems down into manageable chunks. I often receive positive feedback from colleagues and managers on my ability to translate big data into useful information and this allows me to effectively share information with non-expert third parties – whether this be budgeting information for heads of a project, or monthly P&L and BS reports for relevant stakeholders.

I pick up new information very quickly and have a range of skills that will apply well to any discipline.
