Cecilia Liu

I am Zechang Liu, a social statistics student at the University of Manchester, seeking a part-time position. My strong foundation in statistics and data analysis, combined with practical experience, makes me a well-suited candidate for customer service roles.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Feng Chia University, Taiwan, and I am expected to graduate with a Master’s degree in Social Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Manchester in December 2024. My coursework and skills include proficiency in R, STATA, Python, SAS, SQL, and data visualization techniques.

During my internship at ExxonMobil Investment Fuzhou Branch, I assisted in data analysis and market report completion, improving data collection and report drafting efficiency. Additionally, I led a team to third place in the 2021 Innovative Hackathon Competition through comprehensive SWOT analysis, demonstrating my leadership and collaboration skills.

I am excited about the opportunity to join the University of Manchester's sports department as a part-time Customer Service Assistant. In this role, I aim to provide excellent front-of-house services, manage memberships and bookings, and support administrative activities. My ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English will help me interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.

I am particularly drawn to this role due to the university's commitment to employee well-being and flexible working culture. I am confident that my skills and experiences align well with the requirements of this position, and I look forward to contributing to the University of Manchester’s sports department.
