I’m a high support worker in the care of young people and I provide a service that ensures that young people are getting the best out of life with the dedication of myself and my team 

we also face a lot of challenges on a day to day with young people with serious mental health and anxiety, trauma and a lot of other challenging behaviors that young people display.
