A passionate foodie who was initially trained as a clinical dietitian and worked in community setting to enhance awareness of healthy living. Later, with my nutrition background to lead development of healthy and innovative food products for successful international launches in mainstream supermarkets (Walmart, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Albertsons etc.).
