About Celia Tsz Yan Lau:

 A passionate foodie who was initially trained as a clinical dietitian and worked in community setting to enhance awareness of healthy living. Later, with my nutrition background to lead development of healthy and innovative food products for successful international launches in mainstream supermarkets (Walmart, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Albertsons etc.). Solid & extensive experience to lead a team from ideation to product launch under tight timeline, resources and cost target.

5 years of  food product development and management experience for an Asian food innovation company, OmniFoods, which focuses on healthy and plant-based foods. Built and led the growth of extensive product ranges and successful international launches into mainstream supermarkets. Great network with suppliers and co-manufacturers for new product manufacturing. With a commercial and analytical mindset to ensure cost and margins are well controlled.
