About ceri pearce:
Im 42, live in Bedlington with my partner and 3 dogs. I have 20 years experience in customer service. 16 of those being in Retail and 4 in a call centres.
Experience
Most recently I've worked for Accenture as an inbound call centre advisor for their client Virginmedia/o2.
Previous to this i worked for Echo U Ltd on their JD Sports campaign and before that Parkdean Resorts for 3 months when the UK came out of lockdown to help them catch up with any cancelled bookings due to COVID.
My longest job has been working for Morrisons for 16 years on various departments eventually becoming a Team Manager through their management training programme.
Education
My last education stint was 2003 - 2005 at Llandrillo College doing a HNC in Travel & Tourism Management with the backing of Glamorgan University. I graduated May 2005
