I specialise in managing both type 1 and type 2 diabetes, providing structured education and personalised nutritional support, with expertise in insulin therapies, oral medications, and continuous glucose monitoring.

Alongside my clinical role, I freelance as a dietitian, offering guidance on diabetes management and weight management. I have experience in dietary assessment, patient education, enteral feeding, and MUST scoring. Known for being adaptable, hardworking, and a collaborative team player, I am committed to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality patient care.

Education

I hold a BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, providing a strong foundation in nutritional science, clinical dietetics, and patient care. I also completed an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, which enhanced my knowledge in advanced clinical practice, research, and specialist nutritional management. This combination of undergraduate and postgraduate education equips me with both practical and theoretical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care.
