About Charlie Durrant:
I am a psychology BSc and MSc graduate who is passionate about supporting children and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in order to improve their quality of life.
I am currently working as a SEN teaching assistant in a mainstream primary school, supporting children with special educational needs access mainstream learning in 1:1, small group or whole class settings.
I am now seeking to gain further relevant experience required to apply for a DEdPsy or DClinPsy.
Experience
Whilst working with educational psychologists, occupational therapists and the school's SENCo, my current role requires me to record and track social and educational progress and subsequently develop and deliver individually tailored interventions.
