I am known as a highly focused and dedicated professional, able to maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
I have 10 years office based experience covering administrative, route planning, invoicing and customer service. Proficient in It systems such as Microsoft Excel and several in-house systems, the ability to manage follow processes effectively and accurately. Prior to this I gained experience working in a care home environment and hold a Level 2 diploma in health and social care. I am committed to delivery high quality service in any environment.
My current role is coming to an end in October 2025 due to redundancy, I have been a committed employee for almost 9 years working in several departments including Billing adviser and Logistics co-coordinator.
Experience
In my most recent role as a Logistics coordinator I planned and coordinated routes for drivers ensuring it was cost effective and within driving regulations.
Manage colleagues' outlook calendars , scheduling IT resource ensuring installations go smoothly.
Used in-house systems to allocate jobs to the crews PDAs and keeping an eye on them to make sure they are closed in a timely fashion.
I worked closely with all departments to ensure the devices were built and ready for delivery with attention to detail to minimise any errors with serial number and paperwork sent over.

Level 2 functional skills (Grade C equivalent) in the following;

- Maths
- ICT
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
