Experience

• Accountable for the management of two operational departments within a large fulfillment centre in South Yorkshire. 
• Develop strategies and process improvements for accomplishing the attainment of improved efficiency and productivity with the optimal use of resources and time.
• Monitor performance indicators and conduct complex root cause analysis to drive performance, e.g. Five Whys! Fishbone Analysis and develop action plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Manage all aspects of risk management including administration of loss prevention and facility maintenance.
• Supervise and train a team of  30+ members in maintaining and improving departmental safety, efficiency, productivity, quality, cooperation, and morale.
• Ensure effective employee relations and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Participate in onsite hiring and promotional panels; monitor key HR metrics and consult with Leadership Team to identify training needs and evaluate training assessments.
• Earned various accolades including the status of SME within respective departments at an EU Level.
